Privacy policy

This website is run by Geidi Pty Ltd (ABN 36 670 919 509), 2 Brodie-Hall Dr, Bentley WA 6102, Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Geidi.

• Enquiries: the details you enter in the contact form, which are your name, company, email address, phone number, the topic you choose and your message.
• Job applications: the same details, sent through the form on our careers page. The website does not accept file uploads. If we would like your resume, we will ask for it by email.
• Consultation bookings: the time you pick and the details you enter on our booking page, which are your name, email address, company, role, phone number and anything you tell us about what you would like to discuss.
• Technical information: our hosting provider records standard details such as your IP address and browser, to keep the site secure and working.

You do not need to fill in a form to browse the website, but the technical information above is still recorded when you visit.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to hold the consultation you book, to assess your application if you apply through our careers page, and, if you ask us to, to provide our services.

If you choose not to give us your details, we may not be able to reply to your enquiry or consider your application. You can still call us on 1300 855 049.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not identify you, and does not track you across other websites. It records the page you visited, the page that referred you, your country and your type of device and browser, and it does not store your IP address.

In the same anonymous way, it counts when an enquiry or application is sent (with the topic chosen, not what you wrote), when a consultation is booked, and when a booking link or phone number is clicked. We also use Vercel Speed Insights to measure how quickly pages load for visitors, so we can keep the site fast. It does not use cookies or identify you either.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We share your information only with the providers that run this website for us:

• SendGrid (Twilio), which delivers your enquiry to our team by email.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Cal.com, which schedules the consultations booked on our booking page and sends the calendar invites and video link. Your booking details are passed to Cal.com to do this.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

These providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We use them because they are established services with their own security and privacy commitments.

The website sends your enquiry over an encrypted connection and does not store it. Once it reaches our email system, we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Enquiries and job applications are kept in our email system for as long as we need them to respond, to assess applications and to keep business records.

We do not add you to a mailing list without your consent. If you do agree to hear from us, you can opt out at any time by emailing info@geidi.com.

To see or correct the information we hold about you, or to make a complaint about how we have handled it, email info@geidi.com or call 1300 855 049. We aim to respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
